What the service does
ZimalAI reads a YouTube channel you connect, scores what you have already published, researches a topic, and drafts the parts of a video — titles, thumbnail, opening, outline and description. It produces drafts for you to judge. It does not publish anything, anywhere.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Do not share credentials with someone who would not otherwise have access to your channel data.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your content is yours
You keep every right you already had in the material you upload, in the channel data you connect, and in the drafts the service produces for you. We claim no ownership over any of it. We use it to run the service for you and for nothing else — the limits are set out in the Privacy Policy, and they are binding.
What the drafts are, and are not
Drafts are generated by AI models and can be wrong. The Content Strength Score is an explainable estimate against a fixed rubric — it is not a prediction of views, revenue, or performance, and nothing in the product should be read as a promise of growth. Check anything factual before you publish it. What you publish is your decision and your responsibility.
YouTube and Google
The service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to the data Google handles. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions, or by disconnecting inside the app.
What you may not do
- Use the service to produce content that is unlawful, that harasses someone, or that impersonates a real person or organisation.
- Connect a channel you do not control, or use the service to gather data about someone else’s account.
- Resell the output as an automated content service, or scrape the product to build a competing one.
- Attempt to work around rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
Availability
This is an early product. It can be slow, it can be unavailable, and features can change. We do not promise uptime. The service depends on third parties — Google, Anthropic, Voyage AI, Tavily, Supabase, Vercel — and an outage at any of them is an outage here.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time; write to shoaib@thatvibemedia.com and we erase your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost audience, or lost opportunity arising from anything the service produced or failed to produce. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed by contract.
Changes
If we change these terms materially we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan.
